Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbors. This enables a fully discreet service and confidentiality.

UK
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier service.

Royal Mail: If you are not in when the parcel arrives the package will be kept at the local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel will be returned to us.

Parcel Force: If you are not in when the parcel arrives the package will be kept at the local depot for 5 days enabling you to pick it up. After 5 days the parcel will be returned to us and additional fees will be charged to your account for the return service. See below for charges

UK Re-delivery Charges:- If a parcel is returned to us we will pass the return charge on to you as detailed:

Royal Mail - £3.50
Courier - £5.50

Southern Ireland
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over 2kg then goods are sent via Business Post International and International shipping rates apply.

Europe
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via Business Post International

Rest of World
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via Business Post International

 The Charges

UK Delivery charge:-
Up to £20 of goods = £2.95
Up to £40 of goods = £3.95
Value of goods over £40 = Free Delivery

Remote Location Delivery Charges
It has recently come to our attention that certain areas in the UK cost us a premium to reach by courier. Remote locations in Scotland tend to be the frequent ones. If your parcel requires this additional shipping charge we will advise you.

Europe and Southern Ireland Delivery charge

Customer Exchanges and Faulty items:-
If a customer returns an item because they don't want it and they want an exchange the redelivery charges apply.

If a customer returns an item for an exchange due to a fault their is no charge for sending a new item back to them.

Cancelled Orders:-
If an order is cancelled after dispatch the full delivery charge, items dispatched free will incur a deliver charge of £4.50. Cancelled orders will also incure a 20% restocking and handling charge If a customer sends an item back claiming it is faulty and it is in fact alright once checked redelivery charges apply to return the item

Returns

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day of reciept of order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

7. Videos and magazines are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

 Postage and Packing

You will be responsible for all postage and packaging cost when returning goods

Items lost in post

In the unfortunate and rare curcumstance where an item is not delivered we will recover compensation from the courier, The courier will contact you to confirm details, We will send another item free of charge folowing confirmation from the courier that you have provided the details of the failed delivery.
